Bruce has over twenty years experience working in both the public and private sector helping leaders and their teams to work together more effectively.
He is the Director of Make Your Mind, an executive performance-enhancement business.
Bruce’s background includes a combination of experience as a professional actor on stage, film and TV and his extensive experience as a freelance facilitator, a professional role-player and coach, facilitating programs that boost the ability of individuals and groups to communicate more effectively with their customers, their colleagues, and their team.
Clients include top-tier professional services firms, major banks and financial institutions, major law firms, government agencies, captains of industry, and two captains of major clubs in the AFL.
Based in Melbourne, Bruce has also travelled to deliver programs in Auckland (PWC, Goldman Sachs); Singapore (TUI); Hong Kong (Shell); Bangalore, Delhi, Shanghai, Guangzhou (GE); Beirut, Munich, Dusseldorf, Dubai (Booz); Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Montvale and Dallas (KPMG); Penang (International Ophthalmologists’ Conference) and Brisbane (ARUP, Health Workforce Queensland).
In the public sector Bruce has delivered training in Canberra for the Royal Australian Navy, the Department of Defence, and the library in Parliament House, and in Melbourne he has coached Commanders in the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, magistrates and judges at the Judicial College of Victoria, and staff at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, ASIC, VCAT, and TAC.
